Aged Leads (15-day, 30-day, or 90-day historical inquiries) are offered at discounted bulk pricing to support dialer and drip campaigns. Aged records are non-exclusive to a single agency unless explicitly contracted under a custom bulk buyout.
Strict Prohibition on Brokering or Reselling: Leads purchased from US Insurance Leads are licensed solely for use by your agency and your affiliated downline/in-house producers. You may not resell, broker, syndicate, or redistribute our leads to external lead aggregators or third-party data brokers without an authorized Wholesale Partner IO signed by us.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, US Insurance Leads’s total cumulative liability arising out of or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client to US Insurance Leads during the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
